Low-Tox Living Simplified

The push for every single thing to be non-toxic in your life can be overwhelming and unattainable to do all at once. Start with these foundational things: quality sleep, quality food, and quality water. 

Quality sleep is free and crucial for optimal performance. Aim for nine hours a night. We tend to over estimate the amount of sleep we get nightly.

Quality food is a building block for low-tox living. While I love to buy organic, I love to buy locally grown good quality food as well. Finding a local farm to get your meat, eggs, and milk 

Quality water is essential for proper hydration. My favorite water filter is the AquaTru reverse osmosis filter but just investing in a quality filter is a great starting point
